01 What is a travel specialist?

Our travel experts go beyond making reservations for you. They are here to offer experience and personal advice. Their deep knowledge of each destination enables them to tailor-make each journey to fit you like a glove.

02 What's your response time?

First contact within 24 hours. A draft itinerary and indicative pricing within 5 working days. Revisions typically turned around within 48 hours.

03 Do we provide travel insurance?

Being based in France, we cannot provide travel insurance to foreign residents and travellers. But we can give you suggestions and the names of reliable online insurance companies.

04 What's the financial guarantee?

We are bonded via APST (€2M guarantee fund) and fully insured via Hiscox (professional liability + client repatriation). Every booking is ring-fenced. Client deposits are protected in all circumstances.

05 How do I pay?

Payment via secured payment link or bank transfer (EUR, GBP, CHF, USD). 30% deposit on confirmation, balance due 60 days before departure. Installment plans available for journeys over €30k.

Born among the sleeping volcanoes of Auvergne, Justine left for a year in India as a teenager, and kept going. A decade in London followed, designing journeys across Britain and Ireland. Now back in France, she trades the group tour for the bespoke: one traveller, one story at a time.
